At a glance

The Mallants Group [“Mallants” rhymes with “balance”] is the dba of The Mallants Corporation: the only staffing agency in the high-desert corner of California’s Inland Empire. As a GSA-scheduled “temp” agency, we serve the giant Twentynine Palms Marine Corps base, along with organizations of all types and sizes -- whether governmental or private -- in all localities.

Thirty minutes from the main gate of that base, you’ll find our headquarters suite, in the Joshua Tree Business Center. (By the way, that building stands a scant 10 minutes from the western entrance to Joshua Tree National Park.)

Range of Services

Beyond our staffing services (given a top rating for client satisfaction by Dun & Bradstreet), TMG also offers the expo-and-conference-graphics expertise of Signagraphic and its partner, the celebrated designer Steve Brear. Mr. Brear and his award-winning team of designers number among their clients a long list of prominent organizations world-wide, including the USA, Britain, the rest of the EU, and Australia.

Additionally, TMG and its affiliates are active bidders on a wide range of US governmental contracts. (See our GSA page.)

Leadership and Personnel

Headed by Founder-President Deborah S. Mallants (recipient of two awards for business acumen and managerial skills from Soroptimist International), TMG’s staff includes specialists in human resources, business communications, government contracting and procurement, and “operational audits” for firms of all sizes.
