FREEDOM  FROM  PAPERWORK – Along with our standard administration fee, The Mallants Group’s billing rate (for temporary or temp-to-perm placements) includes the salary, the cost of workers’ compensation, and the payroll taxes.  Further, we relieve your company from all the paperwork that these entail.
